Have a tool suggestion? If there’s a health or fitness calculator you searched for and couldn’t find here, tell us. New tools on Diet Planner regularly start as a reader suggestion.

General questions about a calculator? If you’re unsure how to interpret a result or which formula a tool uses, we’re happy to point you to the right section of that calculator’s page though for anything about your personal health, always check with a physician, registered dietitian, or certified fitness professional first (see our Terms and Conditions for more on this).
